Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by The Gutter Center are based on preliminary assessments of the work required. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the course of service, if site conditions differ from what was described or anticipated, or if you request changes to the original scope of work. We will notify you of any significant pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, staffing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

Payment Terms

For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to beginning work. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.

By scheduling service, you grant The Gutter Center permission to access your property and perform the agreed-upon work. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage that is not directly caused by our work. If you believe our work has caused damage to your property, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and address the issue.
